How to GET STARTED: Come for a free class.  Introduction to MMA on Monday,Tuesday or Thursday (6pm-7pm) is the class we offer anyone who is interested in any of the adult classes or programs we offer.  Everyone in these classes is similar-- they are starting out and learning the basics.  You will be exposed to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai and other mixed martial arts moves.  Wear athletic shorts & t-shirt.  No obligation.  No pressure.  Train at your own pace and comfort level.  PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. We look forward to hearing from you and seeing you.  Kids can also take a free kids class.
