Tommy Bagnasco was the first member of Mash Gym on the day it opened in 2008. Since then, Tommy has represented the gym 35+ times inside the Boxing ring and MMA cage.

While training at Mash, Tommy has earned the rank of 4th degree brown belt in Caique Jiu Jitsu. Today, Tommy works as the gym’s head MMA coach, along with teaching weekly Jiu Jitsu and MMA classes.
