Tracing it’s origins back to the ancient Greek Olympics, boxing is one of the oldest martial arts and combat sports. At Mash Gym our modern boxing classes will give you a workout unlike anything else. Classes focus on cardiovascular conditioning, precision boxing technique and getting (and staying) in shape. You’ll use your entire body (arms, legs and core) in every move, while you’ll learning basic boxing combinations. Whether your goal is fighting in the ring or just gettin into shape, you’ll leave class feeling exhausted yet accomplished, better prepared for whatever is thrown your way.
