Our facility is also the best and biggest Mixed Martial Arts school around, measuring over 10,000 sq.ft.. We have a full size cage, boxing ring, 3,000 sq.ft. of new weight lifting & cardio equipment, 2,300 sq.ft. of college-style wrestling mats, a dry sauna, large men's & women's locker rooms with showers, a full juice bar with protein shakes and much more.
A perfect student for us is a person who is interested in and wants to learn or be exposed to martial arts and who strives for the fitness aspect that comes along with this training. Many of our members are professionals (lawyers, sales, finance, etc) over the age of twenty-nine, so don't think this is just for 'fighter-types' in their twenties.

Our Jiu-Jitsu: We train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and are accredited by the Caique Jiu Jitsu Academy headed by world-renown 7th degree Black Belt Master Carlos Caique Elias. Mash Gym is an affilate of the Caique Jiu Jitsu Academy. Master Caique is one the Black Belts from the old time Gracie Academy in Brazil, when Helio Gracie and his sons were all together in the same academy. It has been said that for many years Carlos was one of, if not the best student.
Fighters: We can bring along guys and gals that want to fight MMA. When you are ready we can line up amateur fights and possibly seek a professional career.
